Pure Essence Center for Wellness and Aesthetics Giveaway Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchases do not increase chances of winning.

The giveaway is open to participants who enter Pure Essence Center for Wellness and Aesthetics' social media giveaways on Facebook and Instagram. Employees of Pure Essence Center or any affiliated parties are not eligible to enter.

The campaign is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Rules of Participation

By entering and participating, contestants agree to be fully bound by these rules and meet all eligibility requirements. Contestants agree to accept the decisions of Pure Essence Center as final.

1. Campaign Duration: The giveaway campaign will run as outlined in the associated post. Entries will be accepted on the Pure Essence Center Facebook and Instagram pages during the time specified in the post. Each giveaway will start and end between these hours, and a winner will be chosen randomly and notified via the same social media platform.

2. Entry Requirements:

   • Participants must follow the instructions on the respective Facebook or Instagram giveaway post.

   • Entries must fulfill all requirements stated in the post to be eligible. Incomplete or incorrect entries will not be considered.

3. Limitations: Contestants may enter only once per post on each platform. Additional entries beyond the steps outlined will not count. Pure Essence Center reserves the right to remove any entries deemed fraudulent or non-compliant with the rules.

4. Prize Details:

   • The winner will receive the prize specified in the contest post.

   • Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitutions are allowed unless stated otherwise.

   • Winners are responsible for any and all prize-related expenses.

5. Prize Collection: Prizes must be claimed and retrieved from Pure Essence Center during business hours within the specified timeframe (as outlined in the post) or the prize will be forfeited. Winners must provide valid identification when claiming their prize.

6. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

Winners will be selected at random and notified on Pure Essence Center’s Facebook and/or Instagram page. Pure Essence Center is not responsible for notifications that are missed due to spam filters, incorrect contact details, or other issues outside its control.

If a winner cannot be contacted, is deemed ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within the designated time, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.

Disclaimers

• By entering the giveaway, participants represent and warrant that their entry is their original work and does not infringe on any third party's rights.

• Pure Essence Center reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the contest in the event of unforeseen technical or administrative issues.

• Participants agree to release and hold harmless Pure Essence Center, its affiliates, and employees from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

Legal Disputes

All disputes will be resolved individually and exclusively before a court located in Connecticut. Participants waive their right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By participating, you agree to the rules of this giveaway and release Facebook and Instagram from any liability.
